How to become a Mentor and who are our Mentors?

If your passionate about sharing your knowledge and helping others succeed then this is for you? Our Mentor Program is designed for experienced handlers and competitors who want to guide the next generation in dog sports.

To become a mentor, you must first be a club member. You’ll also need to earn a “Tilted Champion Status” in the discipline you wish to mentor. This could include:

• Rally 
• Obedience
• Agility
• Conformation
• Scent Work
• Dock Diving
• Herding
• …and more!

Once you’ve achieved a “CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE” in your chosen area, you can apply to join our Mentor Program. As a mentor, you’ll enjoy special perks, such as:

• Participation in exclusive group get-togethers and paid lunchins or other activities the mentor group decides on. 
• Opportunities to earn small payments for group activities
• Funds that can go toward equipment for activiities or other resources needed for the mentor program
• And the best part is putting your own dog in a high intensity surrounding mimicking a real competitive environment and gaining knowledge from fellow mentors to critique and advise for advancement. There’s knowledge to gain in group environments with expert handlers. 

Becoming a mentor not only strengthens our club community but also provides valuable support to new handlers and their dogs while giving you the chance to enjoy rewarding experiences with fellow enthusiasts.
